GoXL Ally Back

Terms of Use

The ground rules.

These terms cover the Ally Beta registration on this site. They’re short on purpose — registering for a waiting list shouldn’t require a contract you can’t read.

Version v1.0 · Effective 15 August 2026 · Applies to join.goxlally.ai

What this covers

These terms apply to the beta registration form on this site, operated by GoXL. They don’t cover the Ally product itself — if and when you get beta access, you’ll be asked to agree to separate product terms at that point.

What registering means

Registering adds you to a waiting list. It is not a purchase, not a subscription, and not a guarantee of access.

What we ask of you

Your data

How we handle the details you submit is set out in full in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms. In short: we use them only to contact you about Ally beta access, we don’t sell or share them, and you can ask us to delete them at any time.

Leaving the list

You can withdraw at any time and we’ll delete your registration — email info@goxlally.ai. No reason needed.

What we can’t promise

This site and the beta programme are provided as they are. We may change, pause, or end the beta programme, and we may update this site at any time. We’re not liable for any loss arising from the beta programme being delayed, changed, or discontinued.

Nothing here limits any rights you have under Indian law that can’t be limited by agreement — including your rights under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

Our content

The Ally and GoXL names, logos, and the content on this site belong to GoXL. Please don’t reuse them without permission.

Changes to these terms

If we make material changes, we’ll update this page and revise the version and effective date above.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
